Designing and documenting an expansive estate for a retiring Sydney couple. Bringing a contemporary edge to a classic country home. Enhancing the unused living areas to deliver multi-use spaces. Working with key existing furnishings and fittings, a sense of home was instilled in every aspect of this expansive space. With multiple living areas, dining areas and bathrooms in the home, continuity was paramount. This was created through common treads in pattern and materiality. Custom joinery and furnishings were layered with artisan purchased elements to enhance the space. Completed while working as an independent contractor.
