Happytel has a national presence and is well recognised within the tech world, being the largest privately owned phone accessories retailer in Australia. The business recognised the need to overhaul its current style and concept to do larger and more complicated repairs on site, as well as the need to accommodate growing customer demands. With the introduction of the tech division of the business, we amended the design of the existing kiosk and we were able to create a space where customers could sample tech and interact with the product comfortably within the mall space. As well as working on the design of the kiosk itself, we also worked in assisting with the overall brand identity, where a strong part of this identity is the colour shifting dichroic film finishing.
